Any (passport) photo of you will only be processed if you want to have posted your testimonial on the website and have explicitly given written consent for this. Your testimonial, along with the associated personal data, will be retained, considering FPM’s commercial interest, only until you request its deletion.

1.3 When requesting an advertising quotation, from the client and involved third parties

FPM process personal data of quotation requesters, clients, and any involved third parties to respond to your quotation request and/or to fulfil the concluded agreement or the agreed assignment.

The following company/organization data will be stored for this purpose:

– occupation of the contact person of the company/ organization;

When the quotation turns into an agreement, also the following company/organization data may be stored:

Special and/or sensitive organization/ company data is processed if necessary for the purpose of executing the concluded agreement. This will only occur if the contact person of the organization/ company has provided itself. The data will be stored as long as it is necessary for the execution of the agreement and the financial settlement of the service(s) provided to your company/ organization by FPM.
 
1.4 From customers/companies/organizations who wish to be periodically informed by FPM about its products and/or services and related relevant information
 
Personal data of individuals/companies who explicitly indicate that they wish to (continue to) receive periodic information from FPM are the only personal data that will be retained.
 
The following personal data will be stored for this purpose:

– organization name (if applicable);

– email address.
 
This information about you will be kept until you indicate that you no longer wish to receive this information. FPM will then delete your personal data stored for these purposes no later than seven business days.

1.7 Other
 
FPM also process your personal/company data if it is legally required to do so, such as for the tax return. The data of yours that must be processed by law will be retained for as long as the law prescribes. For example, the Dutch tax authorities have a retention period of 7 years.

2. THIRD PARTIES

FPM never shares personal data with other parties with whom we have not
concluded a processing agreement. If work is done with these parties (processors), FPM of course makes the necessary arrangements according to this privacy policy to ensure the security of your personal data. In the case of a concluded agreement between you and FPM, your data will only be shared with external advisors if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement. In such a case, the same care applies regarding safeguarding the security and privacy of your personal data.
 
3. RETENTION PERIOD
 
FPM does not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided, or as required by law.

FPM uses Stripe and Link (service of Stripe) to provide you with payment convenience. In addition, FPM uses ReCAPTCHA to ensure the security and reliability of the website. Stripe and ReCAPTCHA services have their own terms and conditions and cookie policies.
 
7. SOCIAL MEDIA

On the FPM website (https://freepeoplemedia.com), buttons are included to promote (like) or share web pages on social media. These buttons work through snippets of code that come from the social media platform itself. Cookies are placed through this code. FPM has no influence over this. Please read the privacy policy of the relevant social media platform (which may change regularly) to inform yourself about what they do with your (personal) data that they process through these cookies.
 
8. YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

You have the right to access, rectify, or delete the personal data that FPM has received from you. You can also object to the processing of your personal data (or part of it) by FPM or by any of our processors (if applicable). Additionally, you have the right to have the personal data you provided transferred by FPM to yourself or, at your request, directly to another party. To protect your personal data, FPM will ask you to identify yourself with a valid identification document before complying with such requests. You do this by attaching a copy of your valid identification document to your request, making the document number and citizen service number (BSN) unreadable to protect your privacy.
If FPM is allowed to process your personal data based on consent you have given, you always have the right to withdraw this consent.
